Caring for your clocks

Clocks, being an essential part of your homes, usually need very little maintenance. Changing the battery regularly and dusting it are all that is usually needed to ensure a good working clock.

Keep them away from harsh elements will also help.  Rain splashes for example, could cause rust to occur and typically it is hard to salvage a rusty clock once it is invested.

Closing the windows during rainy days and when the house is unattended, will keep your clock in tip top condition.

You may also replace the mechanics of the clocks when it gets faulty.  It's hard to find something that you really like, thus it is might be worthwhile to have them replaced should it get into trouble.
