Do you have a showroom location where we can see the goods?
It is our mission to bring value to our customers and as such we do not have a showroom location. If you would like to see the goods prior to purchase, you are welcomed to make a visit to our warehouse at 39 Changi South Ave 2 #02-02, Singapore 486352. Most items are on display. Our warehouse is open for public on Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 8pm.
We are also located at The Grandstand #01-11. We are open on Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 8pm.
Shipment, Product Pricing, Warranty
How soon will the shipment arrive?
If you have chosen for us to deliver your goods, you can expect to receive your goods delivered to you within 14 days from the day of order unless otherwise specified in our website.
What is the warranty period of the products purchased?
Warranty on manufacturing defect is 12 months.
How much is the delivery fee?
We charge a nominal S$50 delivery fees for purchases below S$300. We are happy to deliver for free for purchases above S$300. Check for more details on surcharges or timing.
Is self-collection possible?
For self-collection, please let us know the date and time convenient for you to collect your item/items. We will get your item/items ready for pick up and you can collect it at our Changi warehouse at 39 Changi South Ave 2, #02-02, Singapore 486352. (Self collection is not available at Grandstand showroom.)
What about assembly & GST?
Assembly is provided for free, GST is included in the price of products. As such our product price is inclusive of GST, assembly and delivery (for purchases above S$300, delivery fee of S$50 is applicable for less than S$300 purchase).
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments through Paypal. We accept Visa, Master, Discover and American Express. We also accept cheques on furniture orders in our warehouse. As we are an online retailer, we do not accept cash or nets in our warehouse location.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
At this moment we do not provide Cash On Delivery service.
Are the prices listed in the web in US$ or S$?
They are in Singapore $.
What is your cancellation/refund/return policy?
Return the unassembled item in their original packaging within 14 days, together with your receipt for either an exchange or a full store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of voucher to be emailed to you for use in our online store. There will be restocking fees applied for requests on store credit to cover for initial delivery costs and other incidental costs, if any. Restocking fees vary from S$20 for small items to S$120 for big furniture. Only regular priced items (excluding customised orders) may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Processing of Return or Store Credit Request
Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an appointment for the item to be returned to us at our warehouse: 39 Changi South Ave 2 #02-02, Singapore 486352. Once we receive your return, your exchange or store credit processing will commence.
Can you pick up an item that we want to return for an exchange/store credit?
Our delivery team can pick up a returned item. However, there will be a pickup and delivery fee that we need to pass on to customers. For defective items however, we will pick up and replace free of charge.
Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?

An email with gift code voucher will be sent via email to you, your friend and loved ones may use the voucher code for redemption on purchases in our store.
